Paul Andrews - Principal Advisor

Henty Advisory was founded in 2025 by Paul Andrews to help address the strategic and commercial challenges of Australian agriculture and adjacent industries. 

Both of Paul's parents grew up on farms in Gippsland, and at a young age, he lived in the Gippsland town of Trafalgar. More recently, he and his family spent time living in Dunkeld, in Western Victoria. Paul is passionate about Australian agriculture and believes strongly in the value the sector brings to investors, communities, and the economy.

Before founding Henty Advisory, Paul spent almost six years at L.E.K. Consulting, providing strategic and commercial advice to the agriculture and industrials sectors. His work included strategy development, M&A due diligence, and organisational performance improvement. In 2023, he was seconded part-time to the Victorian National Party as Head of Strategy.

Before consulting, he developed a broad skill set in the finance industry while stockbroking at Goldman Sachs JBWere and working at Warakirri Asset Management, one of Australia's leading agricultural investment managers. He has also worked for the Wesfarmers Group of Companies, holding roles reporting to the CEO of Target Australia and the Director of Store Operations at Coles Supermarkets.

During his career, Paul has worked with individuals at all levels of organisations — from asset owners and Boards to senior leaders and front-line teams.

Outside work, he is a Trustee Director of the Robin Campbell Family Foundation, which supports young people and the arts, and he is a member of the Victorian National Party’s Audit and Risk Committee.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He also holds a Heavy Rigid truck driving licence and is studying to become a qualified wool classer.
