Paul Andrews - Principal Advisor
Henty Advisory was founded in 2025 by Paul Andrews to provide businesses and asset owners in the Food & Fibre value chain with strategic and commercial advice.
Both of Paul's parents grew up on farms in Gippsland and as a young child he lived in the Gippsland town of Trafalgar. More recently he lived with his family in the Western Victorian town of Dunkeld. Paul believes strongly in the value the Food & Fibre sector brings to investors, communities, and the economy.
Before establishing Henty Advisory, Paul spent almost six years at L.E.K. Consulting, where he advised clients in the Food & Fibre, Consumer, and Industrials sectors on strategy, M&A due diligence, and organisational performance. In 2023, he was seconded part-time from L.E.K. to the Victorian National Party as Head of Strategy.
Paul started his career in stockbroking at Goldman Sachs JBWere; has worked for agricultural investor Warakirri Asset Management; and has also held roles at the Wesfarmers Group, reporting directly to the CEO of Target Australia and the Store Operations Director at Coles Supermarkets.
During his career, Paul has worked with individuals at all levels of organisations — from asset owners and Boards, to senior leaders and front-line teams.
Outside Henty Advisory, Paul is a Trustee Director of the Robin Campbell Family Foundation and serves on the Victorian National Party’s Audit and Risk Committee.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts from The University of Melbourne, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and is an AWEX registered Wool Classer.
